Who is the programme for?
This Programme is for female staff considering promotion, and who are intending to realise this within the next 18 months.

Delegates will be in a leadership role, from Middle Leaders through to Assistant and Deputy Headteachers looking towards Headship. 

If you are looking to develop your leadership skills further, or just need to boost your self-belief and confidence, this programme is for you!

• Setting and achieving personal goals - including challenges for women leaders, self awareness; types of goals and goal setting
• Building confidence
• Managing yourself and others
• Leadership and Coaching
• Managing personal effectiveness
• Managing wellbeing (own and others)
• Planning for the future

Programme Format
This programme is delivered across 5 sessions.  
AM Sessions:  8.30am - 1.00pm (includes lunch)
PM Sessions: 1.30pm - 5.30pm
