Strategic Risk Management - a guide for Governors and Trustees WEBINAR Download Flyer

Risk Management is an expectation and good practice for all boards. It is a legal requirement for academies. It can help schools mitigate and minimise potential strategic risks that could impact their school.
This WEBINAR provides practical guidance on how boards should utilise risk management.  It explains how to create a risk management plan and develop a risk aware approach to leading your school/trust and effectively link risk management with strategic planning and internal scrutiny.

On this webinar you will learn:

  • What are the legal requirements for risk management?
  • Why is risk management important?
  • How to identify and focus risk management strategically
  • How to govern risk management
  • Understanding the link between risk management and internal scrutiny/internal audit
All delegates receive an electronic copy of the presentation and supporting materials and resources to help them to be more impactful in their governance role.
