How will my pupils benefit? All aspects explored on the programme are immediately transferrable to the classroom. Delegates will significantly improve their teaching quality, and increase their effectiveness when working with pupils.
Previous Delegate Feedback "It was valuable to get a chance to discuss the ‘big issues’ relating to our role and share strategies to manage the stresses of the role with someone outside of the Trust. It was really interesting to learn about the physiological basis of my responses to difficult situations"
“I found the ward rounds to be a positive learning experience and extremely useful. I was able to reflect on my practice and consider how I might use what I saw in my own setting”
