New ideas brought back to the school can be shared with fellow colleagues. The following areas are covered:

  • Developing Resilience and Self-Management, their Leadership role and difficult conversations
  • High Expectations, and High Engagement in Learning
  • SEND – Maximising progress and achievement
  • Lesson Design, Implementation and Impact

Delegates will benefit from a coach to support their on-going development and to help guide them through the post-sessional challenges which may include lesson observations and other small activities back in school.

Previous Delegate Feedback
"It was valuable to get a chance to discuss the ‘big issues’ relating to our role and share strategies to manage the stresses of the role with someone outside of the Trust. It was really interesting to learn about the physiological basis of my responses to difficult situations"

“I found the ward rounds to be a positive learning experience and extremely useful. I was able to reflect on my practice and consider how I might use what I saw in my own setting”
